    Dear Sir, Madam,
    My name is YE, I’m from Ivory Coast. I am graduating with a PhD degree in Jinan University in Guangzhou and i have been looking for a job in Hong Kong. I have sometimes seen this IANG visa without knowing much of it. Do i need to apply for it before having a job? am eligible?

      No. You must graduate from a HK tertiary education institute Your China alma matter doesn’t count I’m afraid.
