Hong Kong work visa application. What do ImmD make of applications for employment visas where the sponsoring business is owned by the visa applicant’s parent?

QUESTION

I have a limited company and I would like to bring my son up from Australia to be my right hand man.

He is well qualified for the role I would give him (including a degree from a top 100 university) and relevant work experience/employment in Australia.

I do not want to employ anyone else as I see myself passing the reins to him in the not too distant future.

I would love to know your thoughts on this and the best way to go about it.
